Clear terms for the Account Sprint.

1. The offer

The 30-Day Commercial Account Sprint is a 30-day commercial HVAC prospecting service. We build the Territory Map, identify decision-makers, write the messaging, send approved messages, follow up, handle replies, screen meetings and put qualified meeting times on the client's calendar.

2. The Booked Calendar Guarantee

At least one good-fit commercial account meeting in 30 days, or the client gets the full $750 back and keeps the Territory Map, named contacts and messaging.

A good-fit meeting must pass all five checks:

• The business is in the approved service area.
• Anything known about the building, equipment or service needs fits the client's team.
• The contact helps choose or manage the HVAC provider.
• There is a real reason to talk about commercial HVAC service.
• The person agreed to a specific time.

A name, an email open, a polite reply, or a maybe-later response does not count. A no-show does not count. We rebook the meeting or replace it.

3. What the client must do

The guarantee applies when the client approves or edits messaging within five business days, completes sending access during week one, and keeps reasonable meeting times available during the hours provided to ServiceLeads.

4. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers at least one meeting that passes the five checks. It does not cover a signed agreement, proposal acceptance, revenue, profit, or a specific contract value. Those outcomes depend on the client's proposal, pricing, sales process and service delivery.

5. Price and payment

The founding rate is $750 all in for the first 30 days. There is no setup fee and no separate message cost. Stripe processes the payment. If the guarantee applies and ServiceLeads does not book at least one qualifying meeting, the $750 is refunded to the original payment method.

The Territory Report is a separate $250 one-time purchase. It includes a 25-building map and named decision-makers. It does not include outreach. If the same service area opens within 12 months and the buyer starts the Sprint, the full $250 is credited toward the first 30 days.

6. Territory

ServiceLeads works with one commercial HVAC company per approved service area. A service area may be a metro, county list, or practical driving radius agreed to before payment. Nearby companies may use separate territories when the approved areas do not overlap.

7. After day 30

The Sprint does not renew automatically. The client may stop, adjust the territory, or continue month to month. Standard ongoing work is $1,500 a month all in. Founding companies may keep the $1,250 monthly rate while continuously active. The client may cancel before the next monthly period begins.

8. Message approval and lawful use

The client approves every message before sending begins. Both parties agree to use accurate business information and follow the laws and platform rules that apply to the outreach.
